Short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to work with you, and we don’t sell it.
This policy explains how Transformative Listening (“we,” “us”), run by Ilya Parizhsky and Julia Ellis, handles information collected through this website. By using the site, you agree to it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an application or join our email list, we receive what you enter: names, email addresses, phone number, and anything you write about your relationship. Applications are read only by the two of us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We don’t use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To review your application and reply to you. To schedule and deliver sessions you book. To send emails you’ve opted into. To run and protect the site. That’s it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email service, and our video-call platform (Zoom). Each is bound to handle your data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your partner’s information
Applications ask for your partner’s name and, optionally, their email. Please share it only with their knowledge. Joining our email list applies to your address only, never your partner’s.
If you opt in, we’ll write occasionally about our work, retreats, and workshops. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and client records for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Email you ask us to delete, we delete.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing ilya@ilya.love. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honor them.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
